Washington Announce Kyle Allen As Week 5 Starter At Quarterback

Washington Head Coach Ron Rivera announced today that Kyle Allen has been named as starter in Week 5 at quarterback. Dwayne Haskins has also been named as a healthy scratch meaning Alex Smith will be the backup quarterback on Sunday.
