Team USA advanced out of their pool by the skin of their teeth, but they have shown how dominant they can be by the way the squad beat Mexico, Great Britain, and Brazil. USA Can't Take Canada Lightly

While Canada doesn't have the likes of Freddie Freeman on their squad, but there is some great talent here. Josh and Bo Naylor, Abraham Toro, Jameson Taillon, Mike Soroka, Cal Quantrill, James Paxton, Tyler O'Neill, Otto Lopez, Edouard Julien, Matt Davidson, Owen Cassie, and Phillippe Aumont are some of the big names here, but like Italy, they cannot be taken lightly.

Soroka doesn't throw very fast as he tries to use his stuff more than velocity. This is not a favorable matchup for Soroka as USA should be able to crush that type of pitching. However, if USA cannot take advantage and then when Canada heads to the bullpen, things get harder.
