North Carolina head coach Roy Williams has announced his retirement after 33 seasons and 903 wins at the age of 70. In 18 seasons as the head coach at UNC, Williams was 485-163 and won three national titles. Williams is ranked fourth all-time among Division I coaches in wins and was inducted into the hall of fame in 2007. Williams also won nine ACC regular season championship and three conference tournament titles.
