Looking At The Redskins: Special Teams

This is the ninth and final article of a series of nine looking at the Redskins' positions. Special teams are increasingly becoming more and more valuable every year and the Redskins have a good one. They have a reliable kicker, outstanding punter, and a solid long snapper.

Tress Way

Way has been an outstanding punter for the team as he has been with the Redskins since 2014. He is so highly regarded that he has even won an NFC Special Teams Player of the Week before.

Dustin Hopkins

Hopkins has been an excellent kicker ever since the team signed him in 2015. He has a big leg and he is very consistent. He's been the best kicker for this team in a long time.

Nick Sundberg

Sundberg has been with the team for a very long time as he has been with the Redskins since 2010. Sundberg has shown a lot of consistency as a long snapper and maybe that's why the Redskins special teams is so good.
