FC Cincinnati have made another excellent move as they have brought in 20 year old Argentinian winger Álvaro Barreal. Barreal will be coming over from Club Atlético Vélez Sarsfield in the Argentine Primera División. The winger is a fast paced player who will likely feature on the left hand side of the field, but can play on the right. Barreal will take up an international slot and could take up a Young Designated Player spot. That would mean he will be a cap hit of $150,000 this season and $200,000 when he is age 21-23. While the transfer fee is unknown, it is reported to be $1.5 million.
