Scrumhalf Chris Cook will depart Bath at the end of the 2019-20 season. Cook will play for Bristol Bears come next season. This will end an 11 season tenure at Bath and had played for the club since 2010.
Cook had made 142 appearances for the club. He also had a loan spell with the London Welsh before returning to the club during his Bath tenure. Cook also came through the Bath academy. While there is uncertainty of whether Will Chudley will stay with the club past this season, it seems likely that the team feels confident that they will sign another player and/or feel that Oliver Fox is ready to take the next step.
