Bath Rugby has made an interesting signing as they have brought in some youth to their backline. England U-20's and Sale Sharks center Cameron Redpath will be joining the club. Redpath will join England U-20's teammates Oliver Fox, Max Ojomah, Tom de Glanville, and Gabe Hamer-Webb as the next wave of young talent for Bath.
Redpath has also been named to the England senior side in 2018 by Eddie Jones for a tour of South Africa, but withdrew due to injury. Redpath is a 6'2" center, but can also fill in at flyhalf and at fullback which helps for depth reasons. He also provides strength which could help on defense and in rucks. Redpath had made 22 appearances for Sale before coming to Bath and the club had to pay a six-figure number to release him from his contract with Sale. It's not quite known how much playing time he will have for the rest of the season as there is a lot of talented players on the backline, but he should get some.
